It's simple, if you do something on the "not OK" list, you get a warning, if it's not removed or it's done again: suspension and, depending on circumstances, account deletion. We will NOT keep backups of illegal data, so illegal file hosts beware! We will allow you to access a backup of your account if all files are legit.

It may not seem like it in form, but this is a legally binding contract which both Fanatical Host and the customer agree to upon sign up, and both parties will follow this contract.

Fanatical Host may NOT change or edit this agreement without prior notice to all customers.

Any "administration fees" place upon us by our datacenter in relation to a spam or other incident will be passed on to the customer responsible for the spam.
